Yellow-throated Hanging Parrot (Loriculus pusillus).  Found only in Java and Bali.

Hanging parrots are among the smallest parrots and are named for their habit of roosting upside down at night.  They feed in dense foliage in lowland forest, but are rarely seen in the wild.  Due to habitat destruction and trapping, this species is now rare.
